We built our first energy-neutral building in Turkey in 2012 because we decided that to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and lower the impact on the climate just made sense. Using solar energy, especially in an area with so much available sunlight, was the obvious choice. Our modular building design, solar carports, ground cooling system, and remote software were highly innovative features, and there have been many more advances since then in the renewable energy and design industry.
